Organizing
The occupation of ‘professional organizer’ started in America in 1984. As far I know, this term has not been translated into the Dutch language. The definition of the NAPO (the American Association) is: a Professional Organizer supports evaluation, decision-making, and action around objects, space, and data; helping clients achieve desired outcomes regarding function, order, and clarity. And that is exactly what I do. I ensure that a person gains space, or an overview, or that he/she can find things, or that he/she can work better, by organizing things and space effectively together with the person. That can be in the home or in the workplace. Look at the possible actions under Home or Work, and/or make an appointment for an introductory talk.
